Our Sierra Club Singles group depends entirely on volunteers to make our many
varied events happen, and yes, we are always looking for leaders! You can lead
any kind of social event as long as you are a Sierra Club member. To lead an
outing, you must also have a current first aid card and co-lead two trips with
a current leader. Please contact the Sierra Club Singles Coordinator Dan Disner
for more information about hosting an event or leading an outing. If you are
not yet a Sierra Club member, we urge you to consider joining. Get info at the

Oftentimes the simplest events are the most fun. Have a favorite restaurant?
Host a happy hour or dinner there. Like the theatre or the zoo, or having parties
in your home? Ice skating? Moonlight hikes? The opportunities are endless for
bringing new Sierra Club friends together. Use your imagination and have a great
time. Need some inspiration? Here is a list of event ideas.
If you know what you want to do, and can assemble the details, please use the
form below to submit your event. You may look at our calendar
of upcoming events, and pick any date not already taken. You will soon receive
a confirmation for a date you have chosen, and your event will be posted on the calendar.
